An Afternoon in San Francisco

Last weekend one of my college roommates and her husband came to San Francisco!  We were able to drive out there to spend some time with them on Saturday afternoon and evening.  It was such a blessing to see them!  I hadn't seen Anna in 2.5 years, and this was the first time that Travis and I got to meet her husband, Mark, and see their 2 month old baby boy, Oakley.  We had a great afternoon just hanging out, eating, and talking.  I always wish that my dear friends and I didn't live so far from each other.  Here are some pictures of the day.

After dinner, we stopped off to see the sea lions at Pier 39 before driving home.  We got to see such a beautiful sunset!

4 Months!

Natalie turned 4 months old yesterday.  Every month I think she looks basically the same as she did the previous month.... until I take her new picture and compare it to the previous one.  I watch her grow in front of my eyes, but don't really notice the massive changes until I compare her to past pictures.  Isn't that weird?  I'm so glad that I have been taking her picture every month.  It amazes me how much she changes in such a short amount of time.  God is so amazing to create such an awesome little person!

This month I ran out of room for all the little things we've noticed about her.  Just in case you were wondering, she is also starting to drool some, and is fascinated by ceiling fans and glasses of water.  :)

While I was in the middle of changing her back into a onesie, I couldn't help but take some more pictures while she played.  I (again) couldn't pick a favorite...

Easter 2013

We had a really great Easter weekend!  We got to spend lots of quality time together as a family.  The weather was cloudy and cool, and we even got some thunderstorms!  Thunderstorms don't happen often around here.  Here are some pictures we took on Easter Sunday:
